Youth Easy Books

Calling All Teen Writers. The Keene Public Library Wants You!

The Keene Public Library holds Teen Zine meetings every Friday in the Youth Department from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Teen Zine is a teen based publication where the participants interview, write, and photograph news worthy and interesting events that happen around Keene and the surrounding towns. Teen Zine also submits poetry, art, photography, and book reviews.

The Zine is looking for teenagers who are interested in writing, photography, and design.

There are two ways to participate, submitting any type of your writing, or helping with the design of the Teen Zine Newsletter that is published every month.

This activity is free and open to all teens. For more information, visit the teen writing section of our website. The Friends of The Keene Public Library and the Trustees of the Keene Public Library sponsor the Teen Zine with funding through a Granite State Reads Grant.
