Yoga @ your library

Yoga @ your Library is a beginner level yoga class for adults and teens. No experience is required. Certified instructors will guide participants through the 60-minute session that includes strength building, a body-balancing workout, and a quick cool down. Like all library programs, the class is free of charge! Yoga mats are available for use during the class or you can bring your own.
