Wonder Woman Day

Saturday, June 3, 2017, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Youth Department

DC Entertainment (DCE) has designated June 3 as the first-ever “Wonder Woman Day,” in honor of the most popular and widely known superheroine of all time. Wonder Woman has been inspiring readers worldwide since her debut in All Star Comics #8 in 1941. Armed with her iconic lasso of truth, she has long been a unifying force for goodwill and justice.

Celebrate the 75-year legacy of the Amazon Princess with coloring and activity pages available all day in the youth department. Dress up as a superhero and get your picture taken in our superhero-themed photo booth. And from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., we'll offer face painting to perfect your superhero look.
